Shipping Terms and Conditions

Dispatch Policy

Once you have placed an order on our website and the order has been confirmed by Taylor Craft Productions, your order will be dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Personalised and bespoke items are made to order. Production times are communicated at the point of order; please allow sufficient time for crafting before dispatch.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier services within the United Kingdom. Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once the parcel is collected.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Taylor Craft Productions is not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Re-delivery charges incurred as a result of an incorrect address will be passed on to the customer.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will follow their standard procedure (card left, re-delivery attempt, or held at a local depot).
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
International shipping is available on request only. Please contact us before placing an order if you require delivery outside the United Kingdom.

All prices listed on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price payable for any order is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is confirmed.

Because each cross is made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun.
If you wish to cancel a non-personalised order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence, so that we can investigate and arrange a remedy.
Approved returns of non-personalised items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Any disputes arising from an order should first be raised directly with Taylor Craft Productions so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Our crosses are handcrafted from natural oak. Each piece will have its own unique grain, knots, and colour variation; this is a feature of the material, not a defect.
Images displayed on the website are illustrative. The colour shown on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings and the natural variation of the wood.
Dimensions listed are approximate. Small variations in shape and size are normal in a handmade item.

For personalised orders, a digital proof will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved in writing. It is the customer's responsibility to check spelling, dates, and layout carefully before approval.

Any personal information provided to Taylor Craft Productions is held in confidence and used only to process your order and provide our services. We do not share customer details with third parties except as strictly necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with our courier).
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

The customer agrees to indemnify Taylor Craft Productions against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect personalisation details, addresses, or imagery supplied for use on a product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Taylor Craft Productions may take photographs of completed work for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. Customer names and personal details will not be shown without prior consent.
If you would prefer that your finished item is not photographed or shared, please let us know in writing before approving your proof.
All branding, logos, and design work on our website and products remain the intellectual property of Taylor Craft Productions and may not be reproduced without permission.

Each cross is handcrafted with care and finished with a protective coating designed to withstand the elements. We guarantee our workmanship against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to the product being installed and cared for in accordance with our guidance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

Taylor Craft Productions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where personalisation requested is considered offensive, infringes a third party's rights, or where we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
